What we collect on this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. In short: only what you send us, used only to reply.
Who we are
This website, eltresis.com, is operated by Eltresis LLC, Los Angeles, California (“Eltresis”, “we”). For any privacy question, write to info@eltresis.com.
What we collect

We do not ask for sensitive information. Please don’t include confidential plant data in the form; we will ask for what we need later, under the agreements that suit your project.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build visitor profiles. Fonts and the product video are served from our own site, not from third-party platforms. If we add visitor statistics, we will use a cookie-free tool that reports totals only, and update this policy.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf, only to run this site and our email:
- Amazon Web Services: website hosting and the function that handles the contact form
- Mailgun: delivers contact-form messages to our inbox
- Cloudflare Turnstile: spam and bot protection on the contact form
- Our email provider: stores the messages we receive and send
If we work with a partner on your request (for example a Salesforce or process-improvement specialist), we share your details with them only after we have agreed that with you. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the relationship, then for up to 3 years for our business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Hosting logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, the contact form is processed by a server function rather than in your browser, and access to messages is limited to the people who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@eltresis.com; we will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity. We will not treat you differently for making a request. If you are a California resident, you have these rights under California law to the extent it applies to us.
Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across websites, we do not change how the site works in response to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Other websites
Links to other sites, such as vardian.io, are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
